This course is design to expose several important fundamentals and theories to understand the practices of organization behavior in workplace. It is significant to deal with work environment in three levels of individual, team and organization including motivation, rewarding behavior, stress, conflict, power, leadership, organizational structure, decision-making, communication and organizational change and development. |
