Course Name (English) PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Course Code ECM367 MQF Credit 3 Course Description This course provides basic knowledge on the management of construction projects prior to and during construction stage. The students will also be introduced to the workings of the construction industry. A brief introduction to basic management concepts will also be provided. Transferable Skills Construction management, communication, teamwork and entrepreneurship skills Teaching Methodologies Lectures CLO CLO1 Justify basic knowledge of the engineering management skills in the construction industry. CLO2 Construct investigation related to pre-construction activities with implementation of good management practices during construction. CLO3 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding or engineering management skills in task related to structural and material.
