Course Description |
This course focuses on various issues of international management, from the cross-cultural perspectives. It brings into light the practical issues facing international managers working across borders. Topics covered include managing across culture, cross cultural communication, planning and decision making, motivation, leadership and global human resource management and ethics from intercultural perspective. |
