This course will take a comprehensive view of project management, addressing both the technical and the social or human sides of the field. Furthermore, the course will provide intensive coverage of management in a wide range of project applications from concept to operations. Planning, scheduling, controlling, economic analysis, quality control and customer satisfaction are stressed in the course. |
