Course Description This course provides the basic principles of planning, organizing and managing a small business with particular emphasis an own business context. The course focuses on issues and elements that are important, and often unique, to a small, owner-managed business venture with the view to promote acquiring of knowledge that can enhance small business management success. The course will consist of two key components of face-to-face lectures and practical project assignment that is monitored through on-line consultations with the course lecturer.
