Course Description This course provides an introduction to the concept of corporate entrepreneurship i.e. the development of new ventures and generating innovations within existing organizations. Students will have the opportunity to recognize various dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship, identify barriers that limit managers and their companies’ to be entrepreneurial and analyze issues and solve complex problems regarding how corporate entrepreneurs can work with organizational systems, strategies, policies and cultures.
