Course Description The objective of the subject is to enhance student’s knowledge on investment analysis and portfolio management. It covers four main topics which consists of types of investment vehicles, the portfolio management, law relating to investment and the analysis of property investment. This course is expected to built the fundamental for student understanding on various investment option for investor together with the portfolio management.
