ADVANCED MECHANICS OF CONCRETE AND PRECAST STRUCTURES
|
Course Code |
ECS719 |
Course Description |
Most of the topics cover non-linear behaviour of reinforced concrete and precast structures under static and dynamic loadings. Advanced mechanics properties of concrete including stress fields, stress-strain relationship in 2D and 3D, concepts of plasticity and elasto-plastic in reinforced concrete and precast structures, non-linear behaviour of unconfined and confined concrete and finally, development of moment-curvature analysis using non-linear behaviour of reinforced and precast concrete. |
