Course Description
This course will expose students with various concepts and issues pertaining to supply chain management and logistics relative to the dynamic global business environments. With a balanced focus given on global and domestic level, this course addresses emerging supply chain design and models that resonate towards the current dynamic business environment. Blending on functional knowledge and experiences this course demonstrates best practice for strategic global supply chain to support business and organization functions. Particularly, this course will cover concepts and issues such as supply chain strategy, international trade and globalization of supply chain, supply chain relationships, service supply chains and sustainability in supply chain management.
