This course is imperative for executives to understand their roles in planning, organising and controlling organisational services, systems and technologies. This course also covers the concepts and procedures of managing physical and digital resources of an organisation. Through this course, students will be able to understand the process of allocating organisational resources (particularly related to supply chain activities) to achieve organisational goals. |
