Course Description |
This course will equip students and human resource practitioners with sound knowledge of industrial relations system in Malaysia to maintain discipline and industrial harmony at the workplaces. It describes the functions and activities of trade unions to enable managers to deal with them effectively to promote understanding and cooperation between employer and employee. |
