Course Description This course aims to provide Halal Industry Management graduates with an opportunity to understand and discuss the conceptual framework related to Halal Industry Hygiene and sanitation. Then, a clear understanding can help them identify the essential matters pertaining to hygiene and sanitation contained in the existing guidelines likes GHP, GMP, IMP, BeSS and MeSTI. And finally, they can analyze current issues related to hygiene and sanitation according to the Islamic perspective.
