| Course Description |
This course involves the study of other tortuous acts not covered in Law of Torts 1, such as nuisance and defamation. Students will also be taken through the study of such matters as occupier’s liability, vicarious liability and strict liability. The aspects of defences in connection with these tortuous wrongs will also be dealt with. This course promotes the development for critical thinking skills and ethics and moral professionalism values in the area of law of contract.
