| Course Description |
The subject covers the study on the type and methods of building construction by referring to three major materials: timber, Reinforced Concrete (R.C) and steel. The student will also be exposed to the construction of basement and the need of temporary works such as shoring and underpinning. It also focuses on infrastructure works including soil improvement and slope protection before any construction can be carried out. |
