Course Description |
This course will provide a detailed examination of the major legislation, policies and initiatives in halal food and halal supply food chain. Additionally, this course also provides a general overview of the laws, regulations, history and policies that govern food regulation in Malaysia and other countries. Knowledge, information and experience gained through this course will give the student a better understanding of the legal issues involved in the regulation of foods in Malaysia and also other countries. |
