In managing a project, knowledge, skills, tools and techniques are applied to a board range activities to meet the requirements of the project. Hence, this course is designed to teach planning, feasibility, design, implementation and management of projects, and tools and techniques that can be utilized for effective and efficient project management. The course will also focus on development of project documentation and control. |
